Mariusz Jeznach is among Poland’s most praised chefs. Over the past 20 years he has perfected his skills in 5-star hotels and top restaurants. He has worked at the InterContinental Hotel for 15 years and has been its executive chef since 2014.

Pedro Marques has gained over 25 years of experience in numerous restaurants in Portugal. He also had an opportunity to uncover the secrets of Japanese cuisine during his internship in the prestigious hotels in the Cherry Bloosom Country. O Carloto, the restaurant that he owns, received the prize of Portuguese Hotels and Restaurants Association. Since 2010 has been the executive chef of Pestana Palace Hotel in Lisbon.

Manuel Alexandre started his career in Germany in 1987. After graduation, he worked in several European countries throughout the next ten years. From 1998 to 2001 he lived in Dominican Republic working as a Head Chef there. In 2001 Manuel Alexandre returned to Portugal, to Oporto, where he worked till 2004 and then joined Pestana Group, the biggest Portuguese Hotel Group. After short time at the Tróia Resort he decided to come back to the Pestana Group as Executive Head Chef in Cascais and Sintra. He’s been with Pestana Cidadela hotel in Cascais since then.

Nuno Matos, Head Chef at Taszka Wine & Petiscos in Wrocław. Previously worked at The Fat Duck (Bray, England), Rodrigo de la Calle (Aranjuez, Spain), Relæ (Copenhagen, Denmark), Saturne (Paris, France) and Zaranda (Mallorca, Spain). Young and full of energy, tries to mix his portuguese heritage with the knowledge and experience gained in the different restaurants he worked to bring new and fresh flavours to his guests.
